womens-abdominal-muscles-exercises-pictures
2 very unique abdominal exercises to try that you might not have thought of before are the Dumbell Swing and the overhead side bend, these 2 exercises are really unique and can be great for getting a good stretch in the obliques and sides of the waistline, but they need some practice to get used to the movements first these ab exercises work great for men or women alike 2 really good movements here.

you need to Hold a small weight in front of your thighs. Swing it as far to the right as possible, then to the left, it is that simple this is to train the sides of your waistline like the obliques abs.

you will need to Do as many reps as you can to remove excessive fat on the sides of your waist.

then there is this unique abs training exercise as well called the Overhead Side Bend you will need to Hold a light weight overhead, and bend from one side to another, as far as you can. some top gym built physiques modern day shape of men and women?

Oksana-Grishina

is this now the archetype or modern day shape of men and women, with all these city type people and a gym training culture are we promoting the "perfect" physique as being all important, at the expense of other things?.

now i work out, but i do not allow it to be the be all and end all of what my life is about, i use training to stay healthy and try and get stronger, and yes, to try and make myself look a bit better as well, so i have been caught up in this modern fitness style movement myself as well, but i would say do not let fitness dominate your life at the expense of everything else.

here is a look at the modern physique, compared to say a hundred years ago, peoples bodies do look to have changed even if that is just down to diet and training alone there is a real change in the way people look nowadays then the way they looked 100 years ago.

will weight training make women bulky or shapely and fit?

today weight training and bodybuilding have gone mainstream and are excepted as excellent means of shaping the body and keeping it in shape, in the past like the 1950's and 1960's coaches would warn that bodybuilding will make you "muscle-bound" and did not doing anythign for cardiovascular fitness.

lifting weights old coaches would say will make you slow, stiff and unathletic, they also warned that it could damage the heart.

today though we know that was utter nonsense, because proper weight training makes you stronger, leaner, more flexible, more athletic and even increase cardiovascular ability, if performed quickly, with little rest between sets, still many people especially women who fear developing huge muscles shy away from weight training.

they perform endless aerobics that do little to build muscle or shape the body, just jumping up and down and waving your arms around is not going to give you a shapely body, sure your raising your heart rate and getting fitter, and burning a few calories, but building muscle, no, and without muscle you cannot shape your body, even jane fonda finally admitted that using small hand and ankle weights made aerobic activity much more effective.

if women workout they are not going to end up looking like a bodybuilder,

bodybuilder

because it is other things as well as working out that cause that extreme look, but if women want to build some muscle size and shape then some weight lifting, and cardio is the right way to try and make these things happen.

and just try to get a athletic weight training look to a women body

pain and gain movie mark wahlberg dwayne rock johnson

pain-and-gain-bodybuilding-movie-2013

2013 pain and gain movie with mark wahlberg and dwayne "the rock" johnson, well in this previous post pain and gain mark wahleberg i named the movie "no pain and no gain" (easy mistake) but the film is actually called "pain and gain" and it is going to be something that is a rarity, a bodybuilding film, or a film all about the sport of bodybuilding, though of course with a action storyline.

and to do the story justice mark wahlberg really does look like a bodybuilder, he looks to have been doing some serious bodybuilding training to get into the right shape for this film pain and gain.

also the rock wayne johnson is bulked up to look like a bodybuilder as well, so this is quite a novel film, there are not really any films made about bodybuilding for the most part.

some more pictures of the rock wayne johnson and mark wahleberg in 2013 pain and gain

why we train and go to the gym and workout look like jay cutler or arnold schwarzenegger in 2011?

jay-cutler

sometimes you find yourself lacking drive to go to the gym and train or train at home if you have a home gym like me, one of the things i have found as motivation is to look at muscular physiques like that of bodybuilders to get some inspiration and drive to train in my gym.

jay cutler

now we might not exactly want to look like a bodybuilder, or even is it possible for most of us to get that massive bodybuilding physique look anyway, but the idea is still the same to get in shape and build some muscles, maybe not to the degree of professional bodybuilders but build a nice toned physique is still possible for your average trainer.

now this also goes the same for women as well, you can look at top female fitness models to get some inspiration for your gym training, and say i will TRY and look like that, obviously might not get to that level but if you aim for the top, at least you will get somewhere close by trying to get there you will improve over your own levels of physique.
