is this now the archetype or modern day shape of men and women, with all these city type people and a gym training culture are we promoting the "perfect" physique as being all important, at the expense of other things?.
now i work out, but i do not allow it to be the be all and end all of what my life is about, i use training to stay healthy and try and get stronger, and yes, to try and make myself look a bit better as well, so i have been caught up in this modern fitness style movement myself as well, but i would say do not let fitness dominate your life at the expense of everything else.
here is a look at the modern physique, compared to say a hundred years ago, peoples bodies do look to have changed even if that is just down to diet and training alone there is a real change in the way people look nowadays then the way they looked 100 years ago.
